Get help in real time from a certified teacher via Zoom. Your student can ask questions verbally, use the chat feature or even share their screen to get direct support with their ALVS Course. Live Help is available Monday–Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT, and Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. CT. Cameras can be on or off, and no appointment is needed.
If you’re enrolled part time, you’ll communicate with our Student Services team for administrative and product support. They can assist you with enrollment questions, navigating your account, monitoring your child’s progress and ordering transcripts. You can reach them via phone or email Monday–Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST.
Our Success Coach team helps full-time students navigate ALVS rules, procedures and the learning management system. Success Coaches are also proactive student advocates who can:
It goes without saying that you and other family members play an important role in your child’s educational experience. Through the ALVS parent portal, you can access course pacing guides, grades, teacher contacts and other useful information to help your child succeed.
